Your lead magnet collects emails. Does it collect customers?

Paste your lead magnet as it runs today or as you imagine it - the ebook, checklist, template, quiz or webinar: what it is, how long it is, the form fields, what the landing page says, how it is delivered, what the thank-you page offers, what follows the sign-up and where you promote it - and, if you have them, the visitors, sign-ups and customers. Your browser checks the six things the lead-magnets skill checks (the problem, the format, the capture, the landing page, the delivery, the distribution), holds your conversion against the typical range for the format (a checklist 30-50%, an ebook 20-35%), and flags what costs you: a broad topic, a 40-page ebook, a six-field form, a phone number, a thank-you page that goes nowhere, no follow-up, a sidebar banner as the only promotion. Free, before you sign in, and nothing is uploaded. Then the audit says what to fix, and the plan designs the magnet to build: format, outline, landing page, delivery, promotion and what to measure.

The businesses and numbers in the examples are invented. Two are audits (the bookkeeping one also carries its plan, one click after the audit) and one is a plan; each comes with a saved model reply, so you can see the whole page without signing in or spending a credit.

What this does, and what it does not

A lead magnet earns the email when it solves one specific problem for one buyer stage, looks worth paying for, can be used in under 30 minutes, and leads naturally to what you sell. It earns the customer when the form asks for the minimum, the landing page shows what is inside, the thank-you page offers a next step, a follow-up sequence carries the lead toward the product, and the magnet is promoted where the readers already are: in the post, in a popup matched to the page, on social, through partners. This page reads your paste, finds the line that shows each of those six areas, works out your conversion against the typical range for the format, and raises the mistakes the skill warns about.

The paid lanes see your lead magnet (the middle is cut past 6,000 characters, and the page says so), your context (past 4,000) and the page's scan. Your input stays in this browser unless you run a lane. Every reply is held to your input: quotes are checked word for word, and no count, rate, price or window may be invented beyond the skill's own constants - the plan writes [placeholders] for what only you know, such as a download count or a testimonial.
